 Policies.

Cancellation / Late Fees:

To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we require a credit card be kept on file when booking any appointment.

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.

If you arrive 5 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment, which could result in a no-show charge.

For No Call/No Show appointments, we will charge 100% of the service cost. After 3 instances of No Call/No Show or late cancellations, you will only be able to book appointments on a walk-in basis.

We understand these policies may seem strict, but they are in place to support the livelihood of our dedicated team. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We are proud to guarantee fantastic service every time. If you are not completely satisfied with a service received please notify us within 7 days to have it resolved promptly.

Returns:

Any retail item purchased at Luminary Hair Co. may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. If a product is returned past the initial 14 days, salon credit will be offered or the product may be exchanged for a different product.

Pets:

Service dogs are welcome, but we ask that you refrain from bringing pets to your appointment.

Gift Cards:

We do offer Gift Cards and eGift Cards in any denomination! Please come by, call, or purchase online for a special occasion or just because.

We accept cash and all credit card types. Please no personal checks.

Zero Tolerance Policy:

At Luminary Hair Co, we are committed to providing an inclusive and safe space for everyone. We proudly operate under a Zero Tolerance Policy against discrimination or harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to:

We reserve the right to ask anyone who violates this policy to leave and may deny future service if necessary. Our priority is to ensure that every individual feels respected and welcome.


COVID-19.

Masks are optional for guests and staff. Some of our stylists may still ask you to wear a mask during your service. We will be happy to provide a disposable one for you if you need. If you would prefer that your service provider wears a mask please let us know and we will happily oblige!

We have a very small waiting area at this time that is designated for guests receiving services. Please do not bring extra persons with you to your appointment.
